The BALME Method

Online Pelvic Floor Recovery Course

Stop planning your life around your pelvic floor...and start trusting your body again

This isn’t just about your pelvic floor…is it?

You’ve made it through the early baby stages and toddlerhood.  You’d like to say you’re feeling a bit more together, you’re in a groove. Even if you don’t have children perhaps you’re entering a stage in life when you realise “you” really does need to come first…

But, actually you don’t feel like you at all.

Something is holding you back

You're not imagining it. And you're not alone.

A woman smiling and holding a Pilates ring with both hands, arms extended forward, against a plain background.

You’re

  • Thinking about where the nearest toilet is
  • Avoiding certain movements “just in case”
  • Wondering if exercise will make things worse.
  • Tired of second-guessing every decision about your body

Maybe you’ve even stopped doing things you used to love.

Not because you want to

Not because you’re lazy

But because it doesn’t feel worth the risk, somewhere along the way, your body stopped feeling unreliable.

Welcome to the BALME method: Your pelvic floor online recovery course

The BALME Method: What is it and what do you get?

The Pelvic Floor Reconnect BALME method has been built from pure heart, dedicated study and lived experience – the messy drafts, the late night rewrites, the moments of doubt and the huge desire to create something that truly supports women who feel lost, scared or disconnected from their bodies.

The BALME method is a structured, realistic approach that helps you:

Not extreme.

Not overwhelming.

Not just “do your kegels and hope for the best”

This is about doing the right things, in a way that fits your life and your pelvic floor journey

Who It’s For

You’ll love this experience if you:

Two women exercise indoors; one lies on a mat holding a purple ball between her knees while the other assists and guides her.

What makes the BALME method different?

This isn’t just another set of pelvic floor exercises.

The BALME Method blends movement, mindset, and education to help your whole body – not just your pelvic floor – thrive.

It’s a framework that has worked time and time again.

Each workout and stage of the course gently weaves through these five elements, so every session feels complete and balanced.

Here are some of the results my clients have been getting…

What no one really talks about...

This isn't just about your pelvic floor.

It's about:

You’re still being told to:

  • bounce back
  • lose the mum tum
  • get your body back

While completely ignoring what your body actually needs.

Women are encouraged to push through, shrink themselves, and focus on how they look.

Even if it means leaking, discomfort or making symptoms worse.

That’s not okay.

Because your worth is not defined by how quickly you bounce back or how flat your stomach is.

You shouldn’t have to choose between feeling strong and feeling safe.

You can have both!

Imagine this instead...

I'm Gemma...

Hi I’m Gemma,

I hold a Masters degree in Sports Science and a corrective exercise specialist in pre & postnatal, menopause exercise and pelvic floor movement coaching.

I’ve taught pelvic floor education and movement for years. But honestly? I kept seeing the same problem.

Most pelvic floor courses were assuming what women needed.  They never asked what you actually need.  Including my own.

So, I went back to the drawing board.  I wanted to ask women what they truly want.  What frustrates them.  What would make them feel genuinely supported, not just processed through another online program.

So I tested and tested again this course until…

I had enough feedback to make this the best, clearest, most supportive pelvic floor program I have ever created.

And even now you can contact me to get the resources you need. You deserve to be listened to.  You deserve an experience that feels luxurious, not clinical.  You deserve a program built with you, not just for you.

I have suffered and recovered from my own pelvic pain after having my first child. Can you imagine, having to deal with not only being a first time mum, but my body felt broken.

I had trust in the medical system but felt let down by professionals who didn’t take my pain seriously. I felt angry, confused and was made to feel like a drama-queen. I had no idea what was wrong with me but was told I needed surgery. It turns out that surgery wasn’t the full answer to my recovery.

So that’s when I turned to Doctor Google and found other solutions. I took my recovery into my own hands and healed.

My obsession into Pelvic Floor Health has now become my passion, and I have trained with the top Pelvic Floor Physio’s, Movement Coach’s as I don’t want women to feel this is their life now, because that’s not true.

Your body is amazing and it can be healed so you can get your life back and start living again!

And I want to show you how. Rebuild your pelvic floor in the comfort of your own home and feel like you again!

You’re in knowledgeable, supportive hands.

Ready to feel strong, supported, and connected again?

What you get:

Because this isn’t about workouts – it’s about how you live in your body every day.

This is your invitation to begin.

Red flags to look out for…

This section is not meant to scare you but it is important that you know what to look for and when to see your doctor or other medical provider. Sometimes the symptoms we experience are the same symptoms for other serious conditions so it’s always a good idea to get checked out. So whilst there’s so much that can be done at home when it involves your musculoskeletal system (your muscles) there are other conditions that may need a different approach. These conditions could include but not limited to cancer, sexually transmitted diseases, infections and neurological changes. Take a look at the below descriptions – these will warrant further investigation with your medical provider.
