Gemma has worked with many women who have needed to regain strength and fitness after having a baby in order to get back to the things they love whether that be running, crossfit or just playing with their children.

Gemma has extensive experience in helping women who have a physically demanding job such as firefighting to maintain their fitness during pregnancy or getting back to work after experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, a diastasis or SIJ (sacroiliac joint) pain, hip pain and back pain.
